Your tasks

• Deep-dive analysis of user behaviors on the core digital platforms and identification of actionable conclusions with the help of data scientists that help to further increase and sustain the usage
• Consolidation of measurements to increase platform adoption as inputs for senior management conversations
• Development and implementation of user onboarding and training strategies
• Provide guidance on the Proof of Concepts to help increasing adoption with internal business teams and external tech partners/start-ups
• Provide guidance to business and development teams to follow a hypothesis and data driven feature development approach
• Coaching of business counterparts on agile ways of working
• Provide active support for the coordination and launch of digital solutions in new markets
• Train and guide local teams in the implementation of value cases (through A/B testing and other relevant test approaches)

Education/Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree (in progress)

Experience

• Digital toolbox / agile ways of working
• Start-up experience
• Analytics
• Digital Marketing
• Video editing

Knowledge & Skills

• Open-minded curious person, self-driven and multi-tasking
• Thinking out of the box, creative problem solving and fast learning
• Good analysis and problem-solving skills as well as a flair for numbers
• Good communication skills, ability to work in an international environment

Language Requirements

Fluency in English is essential. German, French, Spanish or Arabic is a plus.
